The growing companies within the Ilitch holdings umbrella tapped the ODM Architecture team for office redesign, expansion, and relocation consultation. Working closely with the HR & Executive teams, a series of uniquely branded office proposals were developed that incorporated community areas, a proper mix of closed and open office, and flexible meeting space, all with the latest technologies and furniture design. Office typology varied, from corporate headquarters, sales & community centers, entertainment companies, sports teams, architecture & development, and food service distribution.
